SELLER AGREEMENT

This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Bewerker, operating the e-commerce platform Snaco Style ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), and you, the registered third-party seller ("Seller", "you", or "your"). By registering as a seller on Snaco Style, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this document.
1. Seller Registration and Eligibility
To list and sell products on Snaco Style, you must register for a seller account and provide valid, accurate, and up-to-date business information. You agree to:
- Provide valid government-issued business registration details, including GSTIN and PAN (as applicable under Indian Law).
- Maintain accurate contact details, including a valid email address and phone number for platform communication and customer support.
- Ensure that you are legally authorized to sell the products you list on the platform.
2. Product Listings and Representations
As a Seller, you are entirely responsible for the products you list. You agree to the following listing standards:
- Accuracy: All product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability statuses must be strictly accurate and not misleading.
- Authenticity: You guarantee that all products sold are authentic, genuine, and legally obtained. The sale of counterfeit, replica, or pirated goods is strictly prohibited.
- Compliance: All products must comply with applicable Indian laws, safety regulations, and quality standards.
3. Special Category Regulations (Snacks and Food)
If you are listing snacks, packaged food items, or any consumable goods, you must additionally adhere to the following:
- Possess and maintain valid FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) registration/licenses.
- Clearly display the FSSAI license number, expiry dates, ingredients, and nutritional information on the product listing.
- Ensure that products meet all hygiene, quality, and packaging standards, and include proper storage instructions for the consumer.
4. Pricing, Fees, and Payments
4.1 Pricing
Sellers have the right to set the price of their products, provided the listed price includes all applicable taxes (such as GST) and does not exceed the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) printed on the product.
4.2 Platform Fees and Remittances
Snaco Style charges a platform fee/commission for facilitating the transaction. A commission of 5% will be deducted from the total sale value. Payments for completed and successfully delivered orders will be remitted to your registered bank account according to our standard payment cycle, deducting applicable platform fees and standard taxes at source (TDS/TCS) as required by law.
5. Shipping and Fulfillment
Sellers must ensure prompt fulfillment of orders. Depending on the chosen fulfillment method:
- Seller-Managed Delivery: You are responsible for safely packaging the product, handing it over to a reliable courier partner, and updating the tracking details on the Snaco Style platform within the agreed dispatch timeline.
- Platform Delivery: If utilizing Bewerker logistics partners, you must prepare and package the item securely for prompt pickup by our designated courier.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Customer Support
Sellers are obligated to adhere to the Snaco Style Refund and Return Policy. You agree to:
- Accept returns for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly delivered, within the standard 7-day return window.
- Provide replacements or authorize refunds promptly for valid consumer claims.
- Ensure product warranties (if applicable) are honored and clearly communicated to the buyer.
7. Seller Warranties and Indemnification
You warrant that your use of the platform and the sale of your products do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bewerker, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal disputes arising from:
- Your products causing harm, injury, or damages to a consumer.
- Misrepresentation of products or breach of consumer protection laws.
- Violation of any intellectual property rights.
8. Termination and Account Suspension
Snaco Style reserves the right to suspend or terminate your seller account, withhold pending payouts, and remove your product listings without prior notice if:
- You violate any terms of this Seller Agreement or the general Terms and Conditions.
- You engage in fraudulent, manipulative, or illegal activities.
- Your account receives excessive consumer complaints or return requests indicating poor product quality or service.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising between the Seller and Snaco Style shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kannur, Kerala.
